摘　　要：目的:建立丹芪注射液(丹参、黄芪)中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法:采用HypersilC18色谱柱,流动相:乙腈水(38∶62),流速:0.85mL·min-1,检测器:ELSD2000。结果:黄芪甲苷在1.704～3.408μg范围内呈线性,平均回收率为100.71,RSD为1.79。结论:结果证明本方法操作简便、准确、重现性好,适用于该品种的质量控制。AIM: To establish a method for determination of astragloside Ⅳ in Danqi Injection (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Astragali). METHODS:HPLC-ELSD with Hypersil C_(18) column was used.The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-water(38∶62).The flow rate was 0.85 mL·min^(-1).An evaporative light-scattering detector(ELSD) model 2000 was used as detector. RESULTS:For astragloside Ⅳ,the linear range was 1.074-(3.408 μg),and the average recovery was 100.71%,RSD was 1.79%. CONCLUSION:The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation. anqi
