胰复生胶囊对STZ诱导的糖尿病大鼠胰岛β细胞损伤和肾脏病变的保护作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨胰复生胶囊(黄芪、丹参、黄连、大黄等)对STZ诱发的糖尿病大鼠胰岛β细胞和肾脏的保护作用。方法:观察胰复生胶囊对链脲霉素(streptozotocin,STZ)诱导的糖尿病大鼠血糖和胰岛素的影响,及其对胰岛β细胞和肾脏超微结构的作用。结果:胰复生胶囊可明显降低糖尿病大鼠血糖,同时升高血清胰岛素水平。并可明显减轻糖尿病大鼠胰岛β细胞和肾脏损伤。结论:胰复生胶囊对高血糖所致胰岛β细胞及肾脏损伤有明显修复和再生作用。AIM: To study the protective effect of Yifusheng Capsule (YFSHC Radix Astragali, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Rhizoma Coptidis; Radix et Rhizma Rhei, etc.) on the islet β-cells damages and renal lesions induced by streptozotocin (STZ) in diabetic rats. METHODS: The effect of YFSHC was observed on fasting blood glucose and insulin in induced diabetic rats, and the effect on ultramicro-structure of β-cells and renal.( RESULTS:) Fasting blood glucose was decreased while serum insulin was increased. Islet β-cells damages and renal lesions in induced diabetic rats were lessened significantly. CONCLUSION: YFSHC exerted a good protective and repairative effect on islet β-cells damages as well as renal lesions.
