摘　　要：目的调查某军校学员幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染情况。方法应用非创伤法采取胃液及脱落的黏膜检测Hp和采静脉血检测血清中抗Hp IgG两种方法作为联合指标予以评价。结果84人血清抗Hp IgG为阳性,占27.5%;42人非创伤性拉线法检查Hp为阳性,占13.7%;其中两种检测结果均阳性者39人,占12.7%;总阳性人数87人,阳性率为28.4%。结论Hp在军校青年学员中有较高的感染率,但低于普通人群的调查结果。Objective To conduct a survey on infection rate of Hp among new cadets of a military college. Methods Hp was tested with the method of obtaining gastric fluid and membrane fall outs by non-traumatological method and testing the anti-Hp-IgG of serum samples by iv,which are combined to give a general assessment. Results 84 students (27.5%) are tested positive in the test of anti-Hp-IgG,42 students (13.7%) are tested HP positive in the test of non-traumatological method.In both tests,39 students (12.7%) are positive,which amounts to a total of 87 students (28.4%). Conclusion There is a comparatively high infection rate among the military college students but lower than that of ordinary citizens.
