替考拉宁治疗老年下呼吸道感染临床观察

摘　　要：目的了解替考拉宁治疗老年下呼吸道感染的临床有效性和毒副作用的发生情况。方法对南通大学附属医院2002年5月～2003年5月住院的老年下呼吸道感染患者34例,应用安万特医药公司产品替考拉宁治疗;疗程至少4￣7天,严重感染可延长用药时间;并进行治疗前后的临床症状、细菌清除情况、以及不良反应的统计分析。结果22例痰培养检出MRSA,4例检出MRSE,临床有效率76.5%;细菌清除率60%;相关肝、肾功损害分别为2例、4例,占17.6%。结论替考拉宁治疗老年下呼吸道感染疗效好,毒副作用相对较低,使用较为安全。Purpose: Find out the medicine's (teicoplanin) clinical result and the bad effects in treating the infection of the respiratory tract of the old. Method: As for the affiliated hospital of Nantong university from 5.2002 to 5.2003, analyze the clinical symptom of treating, the situation of clearing off the bacterium and bad actions from 34 cases using teicoplanin to teat the patients and the treating time is from 4 to 7 and for the serious, lengthen the time of taking medicine. Result: Find out MRSA from 22 cases, MRSE from 4 cases, the clinical effects is 76.5%, dispelling rate of bacterium is 60% and the rate that 2 cases is bad for their livers and 4 cases is bad for their kidneys is 17.6%. Conclusion: This medicine is effectual and safe to treat and the bad effects is relatively low for the old.
