摘　　要：采用斑点杂交法测定了４９例生长激素（ＧＨ）及泌乳素（ＰＲＬ）分泌过多文件患者和１５名正常女性外周血淋巴细胞ＣＤ２、ＣＤ４和ｃＤ８ｍＲＮＡ的表达水平。发现ＧＨ分泌过多患者ＣＤ２ｒｎＲＮＡ的表达较正常人有显著升高，ＰＲＬ分泌过多患者ＣＤ４和ＣＤ８ｍＲＮＡ的比值较正常人显著降低。提示ＧＨ及ＰＲＬ分泌过多对患者免疫细胞的激活和免疫应答有重要影响。he CD2. CD4 and CD8 mRNA expression ofhuman peripheral blood lymphocytes ( HPBL) from 49female patients with acromegaly and hyperprolactinemia and 15 healthy women were studied bydot blotting assay using corresponding CD2, CD4and CD8 antisense RNA probes. It was found thatCD2 mRNA expression increased in women withgrowth hornione overrexpression and the ratio ofCD4 and CD8 mRNA declined significantly in thewomen with prolactin overexpression. These sug-gested that the mRNA expression of these clusterdifferentiation antigens in peripheral T lymphocyteswas affected by the pituitary hormones. The signifi-cance of these findings relevant to the study of theneuroendocrine and immune network was disscussed.
