摘 要:目的探讨人重组粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)瑞血新治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)对患者心功能恢复的作用。方法除药物或介入治疗外,治疗组AMI病人在心梗发生48h后连续5d每天皮下注射瑞血新约5μg/kg。AMI后5d内和3个月后,分别行PET检测左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心梗面积和存活心肌,评价心功能的变化,比较实验组和对照组心功能的变化来评价rhG-CSF对AMI患者心功能恢复的疗效。结果AMI后3个月,两组LVEF较前无明显提高;梗死面积均较前明显缩小;rhG-CSF组存活心肌明显为少,对照组亦减少但差异无显著性。结论暂未能认为rhG-CSF能改善AMI患者心功能。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (rhG-CSF) on patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) treated with rhG-CSF. Methods In addition to traditional treatment, including medicine or percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), was given, the patients with AMI in therapy group were injected subcutaneously daily with 5 μg/(kg·d) recombinant human G-CSF for 5 days in 48 hours after onset of AMI while those in control were injected nothing as a control. The examination of all patients'heart function was performed with PET measuring left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), infarcted size and living myocardium in 5 days and 3 months respectively after onset of AMI, and the efficacy of rhG-CSF was evaluated by comparison of improvement of hear function between two groups. Results After 3 months of AMI, in both groups the LVEF was slightly increased (P>0. 05) while infracted size was dramatically decreased (P<0.05) , living myocardium in rhG-CSF group is greatly decreased (P<0.05) and that in control slightly decreased (P>0.05). Conclusion The current strdy still cant demonstrate that rhG-CSF is effective on improving heart function of AMI patients.
