人参皂甙对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的防治效应

摘　　要：将３０例二尖瓣病变行开心手术患者随机分为３组：ＧⅠ，１１例，心停搏液中不加人参皂甙；ＧⅡ，１１例，心停搏液中加入参总皂甙；ＧⅢ，８例，心停搏液中加入参皂甙Ｒｂ。术中进行食管超声监测心功能，示ＧⅡ及ＧⅢ组术后心功能改善优于ＧⅠ。在阻断主动脉前（缺血前期），解除阻主动脉前即刻（缺血期）及再灌４５分后（再灌期）分别取心肌作电镜检奄，每组６例，结果显示ＧⅠ组的线粒体损害明显重于ＧⅡ及ＧⅢ组。结论认为人参皂甙加于心停搏液中较只用心停博液者对心肌缺血再灌损伤有明显防护作用；且人参总皂甙优于人参皂甙Ｒｂ。hirty mitral valvular surgical patients were ran-domly divided into three groups for study of protectiveeffects of Ginsenside on nivocardiac ischemic andreperfusion injuries.In GI,11 patients (controls),noGinsenside was used,in GⅡ,11,Ginsenside in totalwas added uito the cardioplegic solusion made in ourhosprtal, and in GⅢ,8,instead of Ginsenside in totalGinsenside Rb was added. During operation compara-tive studies were made of preand postoperative cardiacfunctions with intraoperative transesophageal echocar-diography and utrastructures of myocardiac cells withelectromicroscopy. We conclude that both Ginsensidein total and Ginsenside Rb have protective effects onmyocardiac ischemic and reperfusion injuries in openheart surgery, andthe effect of Ginsenside in total iseven better than that of Ginsenside Rb.
