摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,随着企业战略环境的改变和范围的不断扩展,传统战略思维和战略理论已经落伍。借助生态学的思想、理论和方法来思考企业面临的战略问题,提出了新的战略思维理论———战略生态管理,并概述了战略生态管理的主要过程和主要内容,以期对企业战略实践提供一种新的语言、新的战略逻辑和实施方法。With the strategic environments expanding, the conventional strategic theory has shown its restriction in not being able to guide enterprise to compete in modern economic environment. This paper briefly introduces a new strategic theory——ecological strategic management, summarizes its executive processes and primary content, and provides a new idea, new strategic logic and new executive method in strategic practices of enterprises.
