摘　　要：目的探讨胆囊切除术胆道造影的方法、指征、技巧及应用价值。方法对196例胆囊切除术术中采用胆道造影检查胆道的病例进行回顾性分析。结果术中胆道造影全部成功,其中胆道正常126例,胆总管内结石58例,胆总管下端狭窄9例,假阳性3例。结论术中胆道造影是一项在胆囊切除术中检查胆道指导手术方向快捷、安全、有效的手段。Objective To discuss the performance,indications,skills and application value of cholecystography in cholecystomy.Methods Retrospective analysis was given to 196 cases of cholecystomy with the application of cholecystography in operation.Results Cholecystograph was successfully performed in all the cases,126 cases with normal bill duct,58 cases with choledocholith,9 cases with narrow in inferior segmental choledochus,and there were 3 false positive cases.Conclusions Application of cholecystography in cholecystomy is a quick,safe and effective way to check bill duct so as to lead the operation to success.
