摘  要:探索了适应于铜矿大型球磨机的低铬铸铁磨球成分、热处理工艺及组织性能,获得了一种贝氏体+马氏体组织的低铬铸铁及其强韧性处理的工艺。应用结果表明,这种磨球的吨矿石消耗量从0.80~0.90kg下降到0.60~0.65kg,每年可减少磨球消耗140吨。The composition, heat treatment process, structure and properties of a low-chromium cast iron ball which is suitable for large scale ball mill of copper ore processing were studied. The cast iron with bainite and martensite microstructure and the processing method to increase its strength and toughness were developed. The application results show that the consumption of milling balls decrease from 0.80-0.90 kg/t ore to 0.60-0.65 kg/t ore, and therefore the annual milling balls consumption can be decreased by 140 tons.
