肾盏囊状憩室的超声图像分析与诊断

摘　　要：目的本文主要报道11例肾盏囊状憩室的超声图像分析及检查结果,并总结、探讨本病的超声图像特点.方法采用ALOKA-SSD1200型及GE-LOGIQ400型超声诊断以对11例肾盏囊状憩室病人的图像分析.结果11例患者中男性4例,女性7,年龄29岁～52岁,其中6例发生于右肾,5例发生于左肾,而位于肾上盏8例,肾中盏3例,B超显示其共性:位于肾盏区域出现膨胀性圆形、椭圆形暗区,暗区直径＜3.0cm,通过量化指数观察,排尿后憩室暗区缩小1/3以上,均以静脉肾盂造影证实为肾盏囊状憩室.结论了解本病的声像图特征有助于其临床超声诊断符合率的提高.Objective Eleven patients with the renal calices cystic diverticulum were analyzed and sumwarized under ultrasonic imaging.Methods 11 patients with the renal calices cystic diverticulum whose ultrasonic image were analyzed by ALOKA-SSD 1200 and GE-LOGIC400.Results Six of the 11 patients (4 men, 7 women, age 29-52 years) located in the right kidney and five cases in the left,8 cases located in renal superior calices and 3 cases in renal middle calices.Ultrasound showed the common feature that the expanded circular and elliptic dark region were located in the renal calices. Its diameter were smaller than 3.0 cm. The dark region were shrinked more than 1/3 after urination. It was confirmed that the dark region were the renal calices cystic diverticulum by IVP.Conclusion Understand the features of this diseare maybe helpful to the improvement of its clinieal diagnosis.
