摘  要:采用CFD模拟计算高温高压下天然气部分氧化炉。通过冷态模拟计算喷嘴端部区域的回流情况,并以此作为确定喷嘴结构的判据之一;通过热态模拟计算研究天然气部分氧化炉内的速度、温度、组分浓度分布,其出口气体组成和温度与通用过程模拟软件AspenPlus的模拟结果吻合。说明模拟结果是准确的,可用于辅助解决实际工程问题。The partial-oxidation gasifier of natural gas for syngas production was studied by means of CFD numerical simulation. Realizable k-ε turbulent model, simplified-PDF reaction model and discrete ordinates radiation model were adopted. Depended on the length and the maximum velocity of back flow field nearby the nozzle exit, the best nozzle structure was obtained. The velocity, temperature and component concentration in gasifier were presented. And molar fraction of crucial components such as CO,H_2, H_2O and CO_2, and gasification temperature at gasifier exit were in good agreement with the Aspen Plus′s. All above indicates that the simulaton result is accurate and can be used to solve the pratical engineering problems.
