摘  要:用浓硝酸作消解溶剂,以非完全消化法处理蝎子样品,建立了非完全消化火焰原子吸收光谱法测定蝎子中铜、铁、锌的新方法.结果表明,试液的物理性质与其空白溶液的一致,不存在背景吸收干扰.对样品处理条件、特征浓度进行了考察.相对标准偏差小于3.2%,测定结果与灰化法一致,相对误差小于±2.9%.在火焰原子吸收光谱法中,以非完全消化法取代灰化法处理蝎子样品是可行的.Concentrated nitric acid being used as digestive dissolvent, and scorpion samples being treated with non-complete digestion method, a non-complete digestion-FAAS method has been developed for determination of copper ,iron and zinc in scorpion. The results indicate that the physical properties of tested solution is identical with its blank solution and there is no background absorption interference. The treatment conditions of sample and the characteristic concentration have been studied. RSD (Relative Standard Deviation) is less than 3.2%.The tested results are consistent with those obtained by incinerating method. The relative errors are less than ±2.9%. In FAAS (Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry)method, it is possible to replace incinerating method with non-complete digestion method for the sample pretreatment of scorpion.
