摘 要:A鳞片石墨粉与B鳞片石墨粉的粒度均小于0.075μm(-200目),X射线衍射和性能指标测试分析表明A鳞片石墨比B鳞片石墨的晶体结构更好。用改性热固性树脂作粘结剂,分别用A和B两种鳞片石墨作原料,采用相同的工艺条件制得和两种炭刷坯体。200℃固化后,炭刷体积密度为1.69g/cm3,肖氏硬度为66,电阻率为813μΩ·m。炭刷体积密度为1.73g/cm3,肖氏硬度为81,电阻率为1433μΩ·m。从金相分析可以看出,炭刷比炭刷有更好的微观结构,其截面呈流线型,气孔细小、分布均匀。以型号为SJ2030M110的交流串激式高速电机跑机可知,炭刷能在换向器表面形成均匀、适度、稳定的氧化膜,其火花在1.25级左右,磨损小,寿命可达100小时,其性能明显优于炭刷,较好的解决了该电机采用其他电刷时常见的火花大,寿命短等问题。<Abstrcat>XRD was used to analyse the microstructure of foliate graphite A and B,whose particle size are both less than 0.075μm(-200mesh).The result show that the d_(002) of foliate graphite A is much closer to the theoretical value of hexagonal graphite.Carbon brush Ⅰ and Ⅱ using foliate graphite A and B respectively were prepared under the same technological conditions and with modified thermosetting resin as binder.After 200℃ cure,the volume density,shore hardness and resistivity of carbon brush Ⅰ are 1.69g/cm^3,66 and 813 μΩ·m respectively,while those of carbon brush Ⅱ are 1.73 g/cm^3,81 and 1 433μΩ·m.The metallographic analysis shows that the microstructure of carbon brush Ⅰ which has a streamlined cross section and homogeneous distributed fine pores,is much better than that of carbon brush Ⅱ.All performance tests were done on the same high-speed AC series motor.The results show that,the performances of carbon brush Ⅰ are apparently better than those of carbon brush Ⅱ,such as lower spark grade(1.25) and wear rate as well as longer life,as a homogeneous,moderate and stable oxide film was formed on the surface of commutator.This study better solves the problems of high spark grade and short life while using other brushes of this motor type.
