摘　　要：基于加热法湿度测量理论,通过在汽轮机内部安放蒸汽湿度测量探针,采用双区加热法测出模型参数,进而确定排汽湿度值,设计了一种汽轮机排汽湿度在线监测仪,它利用单片机实现测量值的采集、功率控制和自动监测功能,实时监测汽轮机内部蒸汽湿度状况,实现了在线测量。A new kind of on-line humidity monitoring instrument was designed based on region-heating theory in this paper. It measured the model parameters with double-region-heating method and determined the humidity value of exhaust steam by setting up a steam-humidity-meter probe in steam turbine. It achieved online measurement and could supervised interior steam-humidity state real-time by single-chip computer, which implemented measure-value's acquisition, power controlling and humidity automatic supervision function.
