单纯疱疹病毒2型对鼠抗原呈递细胞分泌IL-6影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨单纯疱疹病毒2型(HSV2)对鼠抗原呈递细胞(DC2.4、RAW264.7株)分泌白介素6(IL6)的影响及意义。方法用HSV2感染和/或脂多糖刺激DC2.4、RAW264.7株,ELISA法测定IL6分泌水平的变化。结果HSV2感染能促进两种细胞IL6的分泌,不能抑制脂多糖刺激细胞后IL6的分泌。结论HSV2感染促进DC2.4、RAW264.7细胞分泌IL6,使免疫反应趋向于Th2型免疫应答,可能为HSV2感染发生免疫逃避的机制之一。Objective To study the IL-6 secretion by murine DC2.4 and RAW 264.7 cells before and after treatments with HSV-2 plus /or lipopolysaccharide (LPS).Methods ELISA was used to assess the IL-6 contents when DC2.4 and RAW 264.7 cell were infected with HSV-2 plus /or LPS.Results HSV-2 increases the IL-6 secretion by both cells and has no ability to inhibit the LPS-induced IL-6 secretion Conclusion HSV-2 increased the IL-6 secretion by DC2.4 、RAW 264.7, favorating Th2-type immune reponses.It may be one way escapting the immune responses of the hosts.
