摘  要:目的评价开放复位钛合金钢板内固定治疗SandersⅢ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折疗效。方法对32例患者46足SandersⅢ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折采用钛合金钢板内固定。按踝-后足评分评价足部功能。结果32例患者46足跟骨骨折随访时间2~30个月。其中38足优(82.6%),6足良(13.0%),2足可(4.3%),优良率95.7%。结论钛合金钢板能够有效支撑塌陷的跟骨关节面,是一种合理的跟骨骨折内固定器。Objective To evaluate the effect of open reduction internal fixation with titanium plate for treatment of calcaneal fractures typed of Sanders. Methods 32 cases(46 feet including 29 feet of Sanders Ⅲ,17 feet of Sanders Ⅳ) with calcaneal fractures were treated with open reduction titanium plate internal fixation and the feet function were evaluated by Ankle-metapodium Score. Results Following up from 2 to 30 months(averaged 18.6 months), the feet function recovered well. The curative effect of 38 feet were best, 6 feet good and 2 feet common.Conclusion Titanium plate is a rational internal fixation for calcaneal fractures.
