几种不同麻醉剂在人工流产术中的应用

摘　　要：目的寻找一种安全有效的人工流产麻醉用药方案。方法80例妊娠40～60天、自愿接受人工流产术的妇女,随机分为4组:A组单纯用丙泊酚,B组静脉预注氯胺酮,C组静脉预注芬太尼,D组静脉预注氯诺昔康,B、C、D三组预注后再复合丙泊酚,术中体动时追加用量。结果预注小剂量氯胺酮、芬太尼和氯诺昔康能减少丙泊酚用量,明显减轻术后腹痛及注射痛,氯诺昔康没有芬太尼循环呼吸抑制作用,也没有用氯胺酮后出现的恶心、呕吐及精神症状。结论静脉注射氯诺昔康8mg,再复合丙泊酚是一种既安全、又有效的配伍方法。Objective To find a efficient and safety method of anesthesia in painless artificial abortion.Methods Of their own wills of receiving artificial abortion, 80 women within 40~60 pregnant days were randomly divided into four groups:Group A receiving propofol intravenously;Group B pre-injection ketamine before propofol;Group C pre-injection fentanyl;Group D pre-injection lornoxicam.Futher propofol was given during the operation when body moving.Results pre-injection small dose of ketamine , fentanyl and lornoxicam can reduce the total dose of propofol , relieve the postoperative and injection pain.lornoxicam has no respirative and circulative depress comparing with fentanyl, no nausia, no vomiting and no mettle symptoms comparing with ketamine.Conclusion pre-injection lornoxicam 8 mg before propoful in painless artificial abortion is one of the most efficient and safety method of anesthesia.
