摘 要:目的:以盖泽尔发育诊断量表为效度标准,检测认知应物测验/临床语言、听力里程量表及年龄和发育进程问卷2种儿童发育筛查量表评估国内正常婴幼儿发育的有效性及其与效度标准的相关性。方法:选择2003-12/2004-04在上海市2家医疗保健机构的儿童保健门诊就诊的健康儿童100人,年龄4,6,12,18,30个月健康儿童各20人,男女各半。入选儿童均为足月儿且监护人同意参加。排除双胎或多胎、产时窒息、明显畸形及智力低下的婴幼儿。①于儿童就诊同一天分别应用认知应物测验/临床语言、听力里程量表(由认知应物测验及临床语言、听力里程量表两部分组成,分别评估应物能及语言能,总量表评估认知能力)及年龄和发育进程问卷(对应于4~60个月年龄儿童的19套家长问卷,每套问卷从语言能、大动作能、精细动作能、应物能、应人能5个领域评诂儿童的发育状况。每个领域6题,共30题。每题的答案在“是”、“有时”或“还没有”中选择)及盖泽尔发育诊断量表(包括语言能、动作能、应物能、应人能4个领域)对健康儿童进行测试,评估儿童的发育状况。②认知应物测验/临床语言、听力里程量表及盖泽尔发育诊断量表由专门人员按照说明书操作,年龄和发育进程问卷由两家儿童保健门诊的儿童保健医师与家长共同完成。③计算认知应物测验/临床语言、听力里程量表的语言能、应物能及总量表即应物能/语言能发育商犤总量表发育商=(语言能发育商+应物能发育商)/2犦;年龄和发育进程问卷的语言能、大动作能、精细动作能、应物能、应人能分值(相当于发育商);盖泽尔发育诊断量表的语言能、动作能、应物能、应人能发育商。为便于比较分析,用与认知应物测验/临床语言、听力里程量表的应物能/语言能发育商同样的计算方法计算年龄和发育进程问卷及盖泽尔发育�AIM:Taking Gesell developmental diagnosis scale as the validity standard to detect the effectiveness of the two developmental screening scales of cognitive adaptive test/clinical linguistic and auditory milestone scale and the ages and stages questionnaires in assessing the development of normal Chinese Infants and Toddlers,and investigate its association with the validity standard.METHODS:Totally 100 healthy children aged 4,6,12,18,30 months(20 children in each age group,50 boys and 50 girls),who were treated in the child care clinics of two institutions of medical care in Shanghai city from December 2003 to April 2004,were involved in this study with the permission of their guardians.All the children were term infants,twins or multiple birth,and infants with apnea at birth,obvious deformity and mental retardation were excluded.① On the same day of admission,the healthy children were surveyed with cognitive adaptive test/clinical linguistic and auditory milestone scale(consisted of cognitive adaptive test and clinical linguistic and auditory milestone scale,which were used to evaluate the adaptive and linguistic abilities,the total scale was used to assess the cognitive ablity),the ages and stages questionnaires[a series of 19 parent completed questionnaires for assessment of children's development,specific to the ages of 4 to 60 months;Each questionnaire consisted of five 6 item scales(language,gross motor,fine motor,adaptive and person social abilities),30 questions in all.For the 30 developmental items, parents checked' yes' ,' sometimes' , or ' not yet' ] and Gesell developmental diagnosis scale(including four fields of language, motor,adaptive,and person social abilities).② Cognitive adaptive test/clinical linguistic and auditory milestone scale and Gesell developmental diagnosis scale were operated by specific professionals according to the instructions,and the ages and stages questionnaires was completed by the heath care pediatricians in the two child care clinics and the parents.③ The language abi
