SARS流行期间疫情高发地区学校防控措施的定性调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解SARS流行期间学校应对SARS的有效防控措施及开展各项工作时面临的困难和存在的问题。方法采用访谈和现场考察的方法,分别在广州、北京、太原3个城市,对相关负责人及16所大、中、小学校主管领导进行调查。结果3市除个别学校(北京的两所高校)出现SARS爆发外,其他学校均未出现SARS聚集病例现象;各地均有值得借鉴的地方,但也存在一些有待改进之处。结论学校应建立突发事件的应急体系,加强学校卫生基础设施建设,修改和完善学校公共卫生标准等。Objective To provide reference for the establish and improvement of public health system in school by investigating the protection and control measures of dealing with SARS,difficulties and problems they faced.Methods Schools from 16 primary and secondary schools,universities in 3 cities (Guangdoog,Beijing,Taiyuan) were investigated by using interview of qualitative survey and on-the-spot investigation.Results All of the school administrators adopted active,seasonable and effective protection and control measures,and embodied each advantages.There were no aggregation cases among the researched schools except few universities,but there still exist some problems.Conclusion It is necessary for schools to establish the urgent system for sudden accidents,to strengthen the school health basic installment,and to revise and perfect the standard of public health.
