左旋18-甲基炔诺酮用于药物流产后出血50例观察

摘　　要：目的探讨左旋18-甲基炔诺酮对改变药物流产后出血量的作用。方法将100例药物流产后B超证实无宫内残留的40岁以下妇女,随机分为试验组、对照组,比较不同用药对出血时间及出血量的影响。结果药物流产后应用左旋18-甲基炔诺酮者出血时间及出血量、月经周期恢复时间与对照组间差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论左旋18-甲基炔诺酮对药物流产后阴道出血时间长、出血量多有很好的治疗作用,从而减少生殖道感染机会,同时起到调节女性内分泌功能的作用。Objective To explore a way to solve the large bleeding amount and long bleeding time of the vagina resulted from the termination of early pregnancy by mifepristone and misoprostol.Methods 100 women below 40 years were selected,whose womb has not been left with remain after abortion by medicine as tested by B super.They were divided into a trial section and a contrast section to compare the effects of different medicine on bleeding duration and bleeding amount.Results The application of levonorgestrel compositae to abortion by medicine remarkably reduces the bleeding duration and bleeding amount with a striking difference of P<0 05 as compared with the contrast section and does good to the restoration of menstrual cycle.Conclusion Levonorgestrel compositaeis has a very good curative effect on the large bleeding amount and long bleeding time of the vagina resulted from abortion by medicine of reproductive system infection and adjust female endocrine.
