摘 要:基于小波函数提出了一种新的超宽带(UWB)脉冲波形.通过选择小波的平移因子和伸缩因子产生脉冲波形宽度小于1ns,并使其功率谱密度满足联合通信委员会(FCC)制定的UWB频谱模板,称其为小波窄脉冲;同时还研究了在加性高斯白噪声(AWGN)信道中,跳时扩频脉位调制(TH PPM)的UWB系统中使用该窄脉冲的系统性能.仿真结果表明,该UWB通信系统比通常使用高斯窄脉冲或Scholtz s窄脉冲的UWB系统性能好.A new pulse shape based on wavelet for ultra-wideband (UWB) system was presented. The sub-nanosecond pulse, which, referred to as monocycle, was defined as wavelet monocycle because it could be made by selecting the translation and dilation factors of wavelet to meet the FCC spectral mask for UWB system. The performance of time hopping pulse position modulation (TH-PPM) UWB system using this wavelet monocycle was studied under additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel. The simulation results show that the performance of the UWB system using wavelet monocycle is better than that of other conventional UWB system such as using Gaussian monocycle and Scholtz's monocycle.
