摘　　要：采用美国MICROSHIP公司生产的PIC16F870单片机设计了一种具有掉电保护和工件记数功能的注塑机控制系统,该系统不仅能控制注塑机的工作顺序、记录生产的工件数目,还能在系统掉电时,保护现场,使得再次通电时能从掉电时的工序位置开始工作,以满足现场控制需求.An automatic control system for the plastics injector is designed to have the function of the safeguard against power failure and work amount record by PIC16F870 microcontroller made in MICROSHIP U.S.A. This system can not only control the work order of the plastics injector and record work sum, but also give safe data when there is power failure. Therefore it begins to work in the position from power failure time when the power is turned on again for satisfying control needs.
