摘　　要：目的探讨评估跟骨关节内骨折疗效的方法。方法对随访达1年以上的非手术治疗26足及手术治疗32足跟骨关节内骨折,根据足侧位、跟骨轴位X线片测量的后关节面移位度、Bhler角和Gissane角、跟骨的高度和宽度的改变,进行影像学分级及疗效评估。结果治疗后影像学分级达Ⅰ级者38足,优良率为38/38(100%);Ⅱ级者16足,优良率为9/16(56.25%),无1足为优;Ⅲ级者4足疗效均不佳。结论影像学评级对术后疗效的评估及手术指征的选择有重要意义。Objective To investigate the evaluation method for treatment effect of intraarticular calcaneal fracture. Methods 58 cases of intraarticular calcaneal fractures with over 1 year follow-up were enrolled, of which 26 were treated conservatively and 32 surgically. Image grading and effect evaluation was performed with articular displacement in lateral and axial X-ray films, Bohler and Gissane angles, and calcaneal height and width analysis. Results According to photographical grading, 38 cases were rated as grade Ⅰ and the excellent and good rate was 38/38; 16 cases were rated as grade Ⅱ and the excellent and good rate was 9/16(56.25%) and no cases got excellent result; 4 cases were rated as grade Ⅲ, and the results were all poor. Conclusions Photographical grading plays an important role in postoperative effect evaluation and surgical indication selection.
