摘　　要：目的介绍一种修复多指皮肤缺损的手术方法。方法2000年3月-2004年11月,对17例(58指)应用分指腹部真皮下血管网皮瓣修复多指皮肤缺损。结果17例58块皮瓣全部成活,术后随访4个月～4年。皮瓣感觉恢复:S0级5块,S1级49块,S2级4块。手功能评定:优13例,良2例,差2例,优良率达88.2%。结论应用分指腹部真皮下血管网皮瓣修复多指皮肤缺损是一种理想的选择,手术操作简单,效果好,供区损伤小,对手外伤功能的恢复具有较好的临床价值。Objective To introduce a surgical procedure for repairing skin defects at multiple fingers, and investigate the clinical value of abdominal flap with subderminal plexus of vessels. Methods From March 2000 to November 2004, skin defects at multiple fingers, in 17 cases (58 fingers), were covered by abdominal flap with subderminal plexus of vessels. Postoperatively, early functional exercises were carried out. Results 58 abdominal flaps with subderminal plexus of vessels were all survived. Followed up for 4 to 48 months, the appearances of these flaps were satisfied. According to the criteria of Chinese Hand Surgery Sociaty, the functions of these fingers were evaluated, and 88.2% were excellent and good. Conclusions The abdominal flap with subderminal plexus of vessels, which is achieved simple and has minimal donor site morbidity, is an ideal option for repairing skin defects at multiple fingers.
