摘　　要：从2003年下半年起,粮食价格一路上涨,其直接原因是粮食播种面积缩减、干旱、粮食的总产量下降等,导致粮食的总供给小于总需求;其深层次原因是农业产业结构调整导致的农民弃农从工从商,大量粮田退耕还林、还湖、还草,减少了粮食用地,农产品生产结构不符合需求结构,导致了粮价上涨;粮食流通体制不完善也是导致粮价不稳的深层次原因;耕地的快速减少是粮食安全和粮价稳定的重大隐患。Since the second half of the year of 2003, the grain price has been rising. The direct causes are diminution of the grain growing areas, dry weather and declination of the total output. The deep causes are the adjustment of agricultural structure of production, the restoration of forest, lakes and grassland and the unreasonableness of agricultural structure of production. The incompletion of the grain circulation system is another cause. The rapid diminution of cultivated land is the hidden danger of grain safety and stability.
