摘  要:利用透射电镜、X射线衍射、硬度测量等实验手段,研究了2024铝合金在“二向反复累积变形”中组织、性能的变化,特别是析出相的改变。发现:析出相粒子在“‘二向反复累积变形”过程中发生破碎细化,并随变形量的增大逐渐回溶于基体;亚稳相回溶所需的变形量低于稳定相。The change of microstructures and proerties, particularly the alteration of precipitated phases, in 2024 aluminium alloy during the biaxial alternative and accumulative deformation has been studied by Using TEM, XRD and measuring hardness. It was revealed that the precipitated phase particles had deformed and been refined as well as redissolved gradually into the matrix with an increase of the severe plastic deformation, and that the deformation extent required for the metastable phase to redissolve was smaller than the stable phase.
