摘　　要：针对我国矿山安全生产现状,在分析我国矿山安全生产技术支撑条件存在的问题和国外先进经验的基础上,论述了建设国家矿山安全生产技术支撑体系的必要性,探讨了整合现有社会资源进行体系建设的可行性,提出了体系建设的指导思想、建设原则、总体框架和主要任务.In view of the current situation of work safety in mines in China, demonstrated the necessity of constructing the technical supporting system for mine work safety in the country, discussed the possibility of constructing the said system by integrating the available social resources and put forward the guiding thought, constructing principle, general framework and major missions for the system setup by analyzing the problems existed regarding supporting conditions of mine work safety and world advanced experiences.
