摘 要:目的:研究家鸡消化道的5-羟色胺(5-HT)免疫反应细胞的分布密度及形态。方法:采用免疫组织化学ABC法。结果:家鸡食管、嗉囊和肌胃未发现5-HT免疫反应细胞,其他部位5-HT免疫反应细胞分布密度呈字母“N”型。直肠部5-HT免疫反应细胞的分布密度最大,空肠和十二指肠分布密度次之,回肠和盲肠的分布密度居中,而腺胃分布密度最低。5-HT免疫反应细胞形态,主要有锥体形、圆形和椭圆形,多数分布在腺泡上皮细胞之间。结论:家鸡消化道5-HT免疫反应细胞的分布有自身特点;根据其形态推测,家鸡消化道5-HT免疫细胞有内、外2种分泌功能。Objective:To study the distribution density and morphology of 5-HT immunoreactive cells in the digestive tract of Gallus domestius. Methods: ABC immunostaining technique was used. Results: 5-HT immunoreactive cells were not found in the esophagus, ingluvies and muscular stomach. The cell distribution density was consistent with the other tracts and the distribution density curve appeared in “N” shape. The density of 5-HT immunoreactive cells was the highest in rectum, and then in jejunum and duodenum, moderate in ileum and intestinum caecum and the lowest in glandular stomach. The 5-HT immunoreactive cells were mainly shuttle, round and ellipse in shape with most lying between glandular epithelial cells. Conclusion: 5-HT immunoreactive cells in digestive tract of Gallus domestius has its own characteristics, both endocrine and exocrine functions.
