摘 要:目的研究异亚丙基莽草酸(ISA)对大脑中动脉缺血再灌注大鼠的神经症状评分、脑梗死范围、脑组织含水量及髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性的影响。方法栓线法建立大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型,缺血3h、再灌注3h和再灌注21h进行神经症状评分,再灌注21h测定脑梗死范围(TTC染色法)、脑组织含水量及MPO的活性。结果ISA200、100mg/kg可明显降低模型大鼠的神经症状评分(P<0.05或0.01)、脑梗死范围、脑组织含水量及MPO活性(P<0.05)。结论ISA对局灶性脑缺血具有一定的保护作用。Objective To study the effects of 3,4_oxo_isopropylidene shikimic acid(ISA)on nerve symptom scale,cerebral infarct size,hydrous content of brain and myeloperoxidase(MPO)activity in the rat with ischemia and reperfusion of the middle cerebral artery(IRMCA).Method To establish the model of IRMCA in rats by using binding method to make ischemia for 3 hours,reperfusion for 3 hours and 21 hours,then the nerve symptoms were scored at different time points.After 21 hours of reperfusion the size of cerebral infarction(TTC staining) and the hydrous content of brain and MPO activity were determined.Result ISA,in the dose of 200 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg,decreased significantly the nerve symptom scale(P<0.05,P<0.01),the size of cerebral infarction,hydrous content of brain and MPO activity(P<0.05)in model rats.Conclusion ISA have some protective effect on focal cerebral ischemia.
