摘  要:本文主要介绍了一种自行设计加工的板式通风换热器,并就其设计特点、结构形式分别进行了叙述。通过模拟空调房间夏季室内外工况对该通风换热器进行了性能测试,将实验结果同理论计算结果进行了对比,结果表明:换热量的相对误差为10%左右,传热系数的相对误差为12%左右,基本上达到了设计要求。文中还对实验误差产生的原因进行了详细的分析,为今后的优化设计奠定了基础。A kind of plate ventilation heat exchanger, which was designed and made by us is introduced in this paper. Meanwhile the design character and structure style of the heat exchanger are told. Its performance was tested based on simulating the conditions of an air conditioning room, and the test results and the theoretical results were contrasted, which indicate that the relation error of heat exchanging is about 10%, and the error of heat transfer coefficient is about 12%, can meet with the designation. Then the testing error was analyzed in detail which established the basic for further optimizing design.
