摘　　要：我们应用颞浅动脉岛状头皮瓣行眉再造术34例取得了良好的临床效果。通过对34例病例的综合分析,分别就如何保证再造眉的良好形态,移植头皮瓣的成活,手术的方法,注意事项及设计的原则等问题进行了较为详尽的讨论。The authors used the superficial temporal artery island flap in 34 cases for the reconstruction of the defective eyebrows and obtained good results. The present article introduces the operation technic and the following problems were discussed in detail: how to keep the grafted island flap survive; how to maintain the configuration of the recon- structed eyebrows; the principles of the operation designs.
