摘　　要：高校专兼职学生政工干部队伍是做好学生思想政治工作的组织保证。文章在调查研究的基础上,对高校专兼职学生政工干部队伍的现状及存在的问题进行分析,就其实效性进行探究,提出进一步优化队伍结构,建设一支专兼职结合、功能互补的政工干部队伍等建议。In universities, the full-time and part-time cadres for students' ideological and political work are the basic guarantee of fulfilling the job . Based upon investigations and research, the current situation and exsiting problems of the full-time and part-time cadres are analysed in this article with emphasis on its effectiveness and then several opinions and suggestions are put forward.
