Repairs Bone Defection with Vascularized Bone-RBX Grafting

摘  要:目的探讨血管化骨-重组异种骨(RBX)移植修复骨缺损的意义。方法27例骨缺损随机分成3组,A组为血管化骨-RBX移植修复组(9例);B组为血管化骨移植修复组(10例);C组为RBX移植修复组(8例)。临床评价以术后3个月、6个月、12个月随访的X线片来判断骨缺损是否修复、骨愈合时间长短以及是否再吸收等。结果术后3个月A组8例、B组6例、C组3例骨愈合,6个月A组1例、B组3例、C组3例骨愈合,12个月B组1例、C组2例发生骨移植区部分再吸收。结论血管化骨-重组异种骨移植的骨折愈合率明显优于单纯重组异种骨移植。Objective To study efficiency of vascularized bone graft combined with reconstituted bone xenograft(RBX) repaired the bone defection. Methods 27 cases of bone defects were divided into the vascularized bone graft-RBX group, the vascularized bone graft group and the RBX group. The clinical evaluation was according to whether the bone defect was repaired and how long time the bone healing taken and if the bone graft died away, that was determined on radiograph at following 3 months, 6 months, 12 months after operation. Results The bone defect was repaired in vascularized bone graft-RBX group, vascularized bone graft group and RBX group, that was occupied 8 cases, 6 cases and 3 cases respectively 3 months after operation, 1 case, 3 cases and 3 cases after operation 6 months after operation and 0 case, 1 case and 0 case after 12 months. 2 cases appeared bone transplantation area part absorbs in RBX group. Conclusion The effect in vascularized bone-RBX graft group repairing the bone defect is better than in RBX group.
