摘　　要：目的:探讨项目管理在新药研发中的现实意义。方法:概述国外新药研发中的项目管理,分析项目管理在创新药与仿制药研制中的差异。结果与结论:加强我国新药研发中的项目管理,必须制订完备、详细且具有可操作性的项目计划,确立职责明确、工作有效的项目工作组织,并进行严密的项目监控。OBJECTIVE:To probe into the practical importance of project management in the new drug Research&De-velopment.METHODS:The foreign project management in the new drug Research&Development was reviewed,the dif-ferences of which in the development of innovative drugs and the imitated drugs were analyzed.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:A complete,detailed and practical project program must be work out to enhance project management in the new drug Research&Development of China,an working group that of clear position&responsibility and high efficiency should be established,and a rigorous project monitoring should be carried out.
