原位核酸杂交技术在人乳头瘤病毒检测中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价原位核酸杂交技术在人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测中的敏感性。方法:用原位核酸杂交和免疫组织化学技术对60例外阴尖锐湿疣病例进行检测,并对检测结果进行了对比分析。结果:免疫组织化学检测出阳性反应37例,阳性率为61.67%;原位核酸杂交检测出阳性反应56例,阳性率为93.33%,且阳性细胞数及阳性表达强度均高于免疫组织化学检测,背景清晰。结论:原位核酸杂交技术用于HPV的检测中敏感性高,阳性细胞反应与背景显色对比清晰,可克服免疫组织化学检测中假阴性高的弊端。Objective To evaluate the sensitivity of in-stitu hybridization (ISH) for detecting human papillomavirus (HPV).Methods To detect 60 cases with extra-pudendum condyloma acuminatum with and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and analyze the results contrastively.Results 37 cases by IHC and the positive rate is 61.7%,whereas 56 cases had positive response and the positive rate is 93.33%,in which the count of positive cells and the strength of positive expression are very clear and higher than those by IHC.Conclusion In-stitu hybridization has high sensitivity in detecting HPV and the response of positive cells have clear constraction with the background color and it can overcome the shortcoming of false negative response by IHC.
