膀胱肿瘤根治术后盆腔内灌注化疗的疗效观察与护理

摘　　要：目的:防止膀胱肿瘤根治术后盆腔内局部区域复发,提高膀胱肿瘤病人的术后生存率。方法:回顾我院35例膀胱肿瘤根治术后病人,于术中盆腔内置管,术后早期盆腔内灌注5氟尿嘧啶进行盆腔内区域化疗,经5a随访,并对疗效进行观察。结果:除1例乳胶管脱落外,其余34例病人,在化疗中仅2例出现轻微恶心、呕吐,全部进行随访,局部复发4例,占13.3%,死亡7例,存活27例,生存率79.4%。结论:盆腔内灌注化疗,方法简单、方便,全身毒副作用少,生存率高,局部复发率低。在护理工作中,密切观察化疗反应,妥善固定引流管,并保持其引流通畅尤为重要。Objective To prevent the local resume in pelvic of post ridical cystectomg and to increase the existing rate of bladder tumor.Methods The 35 case of ridical cystectomg patients were retrospected in this study. The tube was seting up in pelvic while the operation and local chemotherapy was going on post operation and therapy of efficacy was observed.Results All patients were accepted the therapy and except the one case give up because of the tube was falled off. during the chemotherapy only 2 patient ocured mild nausea and vomit, other no appeared side effect. Affer trentment the local resumption 4 cases (13.3%),the death of 7 cases, existing 27 cases (79.4%).Conclusion The therapy of through pelvic infusion was simple?convenicent?less side effect?lower resumption and high existence. Observe the reaction of chemotherapy and stable fixeding of tube and drainging unobstructing were important that was while the nursing.
