摘　　要：目的探讨正脊、运动综合疗法对腰椎间盘突出症的特殊治疗作用。方法对69例腰椎间盘突出症患者按先正脊疗法后运动疗法两个步骤逐次进行。结果经上述治疗,优良率为85.51%,有效率为95.65%。结论正脊疗法可纠正腰椎错位,改变突出的髓核与神经根的位置,而运动疗法通过对腰背肌训练,增强腰背肌力量,从而增强腰椎的稳定性,维持正常的腰椎功能位置,加强正脊疗法的治疗作用。两者互相补充,作为非手术疗法对腰椎间盘突出症有着独特的治疗作用。[Ojbective] To discover the special effectiveness for lumber disc extrusion cases with the comprehensive therapy of spine correction and physical exercises. [Methods] 69 lumber disc extrusion sufferers had been treated with, spine correction and then physical exercise therapy. [Results] It proved that 85.51% cases received excellent results, and 95.65% responded with effectiveness. [Conclusion] Therefore it can be concluded that spine correction therapy is effective for correcting spine errors. On the one hand spine correction changes the locality of marrow core and nerves, which is followed by physical exercise therapy to strengthen the back mussel through relevant back exercises. Thus it will improve the spine stability and to maintain its normal functional position. This will again reinforce the effectiveness of spine correction. The two methods, therefore, will be supplementary to each other. As a non-operational therapy, this sort of comprehensive treatment has a unique effect for lumber disc extrusion cases.
