摘　　要：目的减少脑室腹腔分流术并发症的发生。方法分析15例并发症临床资料。结果主要并发症是分流管堵塞,其它可出现感染、出血、导管脱出、肠穿孔、腹水等。结论脑室腹腔分流术的并发症率仍然较高,应引起临床重视。[Objective] To reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications. [Methods] The clinical materials of 15 cases with complications were retrospectively reviewed. [Results] The main complications were obstruction of the catheter. Others were infection; intracranial hemorrhage;enterobrosis. [Conclusion] The incidence of postoperative complication of V-P shunt remains high, the surgeons have to pay more attention.
