老年人慢性硬膜下血肿术式疗效的比较

摘　　要：目的分析比较老年性慢性硬膜下血肿手术效果。方法采用双孔引流加单孔扩大术、双孔引流冲洗术、单孔引流冲洗术等手术方法进行疗效比较。结果三种术式均有良好的效果,其中双孔引流冲洗加单孔扩大术为最佳术式。结论老年性慢性硬膜下血肿宜采用双孔引流冲洗加单孔扩大术的手术方法。Objective To compare the operative effective of the chronic subdural hematoma in the old people. Methods we had performed the three approaches that bipunctate trepanation and irrigation and posterior hole enlargement, bipunctate trepanation and irrigation, the trepanation and drainage and the efficacy had been analyzed. Results All the three approaches were efficacious. But bipunctate trepanation and irrigation and posterior hole enlargement was the best one among them. Conclusions The bipunctate trepanation and irrigation and posterior hole enlargement was the best choice about the chronic subdural hematoma in the old people.
