猫抓病临床分析(附8例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨猫抓病的临床特点及治疗。方法回顾分析我院1995-2004年8例猫抓病。结果临床误诊为隐性乳腺癌1例,淋巴结核2例,淋巴瘤2例,多发性神经鞘瘤1例,慢性淋巴结炎1例,均肿块切除、抗炎等治疗痊愈。结论猫抓病临床无特征性的表现,易误诊,典型猫抓病在抓咬部位出现小的皮损,随后出现区域淋巴结肿大,病理特征是微脓肿性肉芽肿形成;Warthin-Starry银染色可见细菌,手术切除及药物治疗,效果良好。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and the treatment of Cat-scratch disease(CSD). Methods Retrospective analysis of 8 CSD from 1995 to 2004 years in our hospital. Results The eight cases of CSD were misdiagnosed as recessive breast cancer (1 case), scrofula (2 cases),Lymphoid lump (2 cases),multiple neurilemmoma(1 case),chronic lymphadenitis(1 case),respectively. All the patients were cured by lump cutting and anti-inflammation. Conclusions There are no clinical features for the Cat-scratch disease so it is apt to be misdiagnosed. The typical CSD is characterized by slight skin lesion at the sites of a scratch or a bite, followed by regional lymphadenopathy?Its histopathological characteristics include granulomata and microabscesses with polymorpho-nuclear cell infiltrates and the detection of bacteria with the Warthin-Starry silver impregnation stain. The treatment of this disease by surgery and medicine can give a good curative effect.
