摘　　要：[目的]实验观察鳖卵携带或感染O139霍乱弧菌的情况。[方法]用O139霍乱弧菌菌悬液浸泡或经染有该菌的湿沙污染鳖种卵。[结果]2种污染方法都能在全部或大多数实验卵的外壳和约1/4(10/40)卵内容物中检出O139霍乱弧菌。[结论]鳖种卵外壳不仅能机械携带O139霍乱弧菌,该菌还能穿过卵壳进入卵内,形成卵内带菌或使卵受感染。To explore bacteria carrying or infection in terrapin eggs with Vibrio Cholera (VC) O139/O1. Terrapin eggs were soaked by suspension of O139 VC (1st group) and contaminated with the same bacteria in wet sand (2nd group). O139 VC can be detected in all or the most egg shells and 1/4 (10/40) egg’s ova in two groups. O139 VC not only can be detected on the egg shell, but also can enter into ova.
