芩连抗病毒胶囊解热作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察芩连抗病毒胶囊的解热作用。方法:采取耳缘静脉注射内毒素的方法和伤寒、副伤寒疫苗的方法,造成家兔发热模型。给予芩连抗病毒胶囊灌胃,并与双黄连灌胃给药作对照。结果:芩连抗病毒胶囊能明显抑制模型家兔体温的升高,与模型组比较有显著性差异。结论:芩连抗病毒胶囊有解热作用。To observe the effect of relieving fever of Qin Liang Kang Bing Du Jiao Nang. Method: The models of rabbits with fever were made by intravenous injecting endotoxin and typhoid vaccine and paratyphoid vaccine on the rims of ears. Then their stomachs were filled with Qin Liang Kang Bing Du Jiao Nang and the result was compaired to those filled with Shuang Huang Liang. Result: Qin Liang Kang Bing Du Jiao Nang can distinctively check the fever of the models. Conclusion: Qin Liang Kang Bing Du Jiao Nang is effective in relieving fever.
