摘　　要：目的:研究神龙脉通口服液的药理作用。方法:取小鼠、家兔、大鼠进行低压耐缺氧作用,血流动力学,抗血栓,血小板聚集试验。结果:小鼠低压耐缺氧能力提高;家兔心率减慢、脑血流阻力减小,血流增加,对血压几乎没有影响;大鼠血栓湿重降低;抑制兔血小板的聚集率。结论:神龙脉通口服液具有活血化瘀、益气通脉之功效,可用于治疗脑血栓形成、颈动脉供血不足等心脑血管系统疾病。Objective: To study the effect of Shenlong Maitong Liquid. Method: Experiments were made on mice, rabbits and rats in their hypobaric aerotolerant, hemodynamics, antithrombotic and platelet aggregation aspects. Result: The liquid improved the rats' hypobaric aerotolerance, slowed the rabbits' heart rate, reduced the cerebral vascular resistance, improved the volume of blood flow and had no effect on blood pressure. It also decreased the rats' thrombosis and inhibited the rabbits' platelet aggregation rate. Conclusion: Shenlong Maitong Liquid has the effect of promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis and supplementing qi. It is applicable to angiocardiopathies and cerebrovascular diseases such as cerebral thrombosis and inadequate blood supply of carotid.
