消炎止痒熏洗剂的薄层层析鉴别

摘　　要：目的:建立消炎止痒熏洗剂的薄层鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法分析大黄、苦参、黄柏、野菊花,并与消炎止痒熏洗剂相对照。结果:苦参、黄柏在与之对照品色谱相应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点;大黄、野菊花在与之对照药材色谱相应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点。结论:此方法准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。Objective: to set up a thin-layer chromatography to discriminate Xiao Yan Zhi Yang Xun Xi Ji. Method: using thin-layer chromatography to analyze Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Cortex Phellodendri and Flos Chrysanthemi Indici contrasted by Xiao Yan Zhi Yang Xun Xi Ji. Result: Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, and Cortex Phellodendri displayed the same color spots in the position of chromatography as the contrasted drug, while Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and Flos Chrysanthemi Indici displayed the same color spots in the position of chromatography as the contrasted one. Conclusion: The method is accurate and it can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
