竹节风汤治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察竹节风汤治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效。方法:竹节风汤煎服每日1剂,分2次服,疗程6月。结果:临床治愈46例,显效26例,好转11例,无效6例,有效率93.3%。实验室指标,治疗前后比较均有明显的改善(P<0.01)。结论:竹节风汤具有较好抗风湿、抗炎作用,具有生效快、疗效高、标本兼治、安全、副作用少的特点,是治疗强直性脊柱炎的简、便、廉验的方药。Objective: To observe the effect of Zhu Jie Feng Decoction on ankylosing spondylitis. Method: One dosage of the medicine was taken daily in 2 divided doses with 6 months as a course. Result: In the clinic 46 cases were cured; 26 cases showed marked effect; 11 cases improved and 6 cases showed no effect, the total effective rate being 93.3%. The lab test indexes, when compared before and after treatment, demonstrated obvious improvement (P<0.01). Conclusion: The decoction has effect of anti-rheumatic and anti-inflammation characterized by instant action, good effect, safety and less side-effect; more important, the decoction is effective in treating both the causes and symptoms.
