乌头炮制品中酯型生物碱含量的红外光谱定量分析研究

摘　　要：目的:建立乌头炮制品中酯类生物碱含量的检测方法。方法:利用中红外漫反射定量分析技术,测定乌头炮制品中酯类生物碱。结果:定量测定了几种乌头炮制品中的酯类生物碱的含量,且吸收度与标准品的浓度呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为92.04%,RSD为2.7%。结论:本方法简单、准确,可以用于乌头炮制品中酯类生物碱的含量测定。Objective:The method to determine aconitines in different processed products of Aconitum carmichaeli Debx. was established. Method: Diffuse reflectance in FTIR was used to determine aconitines in different processed products of A-conitum carmichaeli Debx. Result: The content of aconitines in different processed products of Aconitum carmichaeli Debx. can be determined by diffuse reflectance FTIR.The mean recovery of aconitine was 92.04%,and RSD was 2.7% . Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate and can be used to determine the content of different processed products of Aconitum carmichaeli Debx.
