针刺对糖尿病性视网膜病变眼血流影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺对糖尿病性视网膜病变眼血流的影响,寻求改善眼血流的新途径。方法:检测视网膜中央动脉(centralretinalartery,CRA),鼻侧和颞侧睫状后动脉(posteriorcilliaryarteries,PCAs)及眼动脉(ophthalmicartery,OA)血流的收缩期峰速(peaksystolicvelocity,PSV),舒张末期流速(end-diastolicvelocity,EDV)和阻力指数(resistanceindex,RI)。结果:两组患者针刺后OA血流速度较服药前略有提高,达不到正常标准,统计学处理差异无显著性(P>0.05);CRA及PCAs血流速度针刺后较针刺前提高,统计学处理差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:针刺可以改善糖尿病性视网膜病变的眼部循环,为它们的治疗提供新的辅助方法。Objective: To study the effect of acupuncture on the ophthalmic blood flow in the patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR) . Methods :The blood flow in the patients with diabetic retinopathy was determined with color Doppler flow imaging;various clinical parameters including: PSV (peak systolic velocity),EDV (end-diastolic velocity), RI (resistance index) in CRA (central retinal artery), PCAs (posterior cilliary arteries) and OA (ophthalmic artery ) was measured before and after acupuncture. Results ? The blood flow velocity of the ophthalmic artery(OA)increased a little after acupuncture, which shows no significant difference(P >0.05) . The blood flow velocity of the central retinal artery (CRA) and posterior cilliary arteries (PCAs) were increased definitely, which shows significant difference (P<0.05).The blood flow velocity of the central retinal artery (CRA) and posterior cilliary arteries (PCAs) were increased definitely, which shows significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion : Acupuncture could improve the ophthalmic blood to flow in the patients with diabetic retinopathy.
