摘  要:评价β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)海马内注射大鼠模型的空间学习记忆能力。Aβ2535大鼠海马内注射后2周,进行Morris水迷宫和通道式水迷宫实验。结果:Morris水迷宫测试中,与对照组相比,模型组大鼠d2和第d3的游出速度较慢,游出时间延长。通道式水迷宫测试中,3盲端时,模型组比对照组游出时间有所延长,错误次数有所增加,差异不显著;4盲端d1和d2模型组比对照组错误次数分别增加70.93%和54.54%,差异具显著性,但游出时间无显著性差异。Aβ2535双侧海马内注射模型大鼠的空间学习记忆能力有明显的降低。The purpose is to investigate the spatial memory of rats induced by Aβ25-35 injection into hippocampus. 2 weeks after Aβ25-35 injection into hippocampus, the rats ability of learning and memory were detected by the experiment of Morris water maze and channel water maze. The swimming speed of model rats was slower and swimming time was longer than that of the control rats in the experiment of Morris water maze. The error times of model were much more than those of the control in the channel water maze. The ability of learning and spatial memory of rats induced by Aβ25-35 injection into hippocampus were damaged obviously.
