摘　　要：一国产业结构及其演变决定着就业结构及其变动。本文对新疆近51年来产业结构与就业结构的演变进行分析对比后,得出新疆产业结构与就业结构具有不协调性,以及这一不协调性对新疆今后经济发展所产生的影响,在此基础上提出今后新疆经济发展中产业结构调整应注意的问题。The evolvement and structure of a country's industry plays the decisive role in the development and structure of that country's employment. This paper reaches a conclusion that the industrial structure and the employment structure in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is discordant after comparing the evolvement of the industrial structure with the employment structure. And it also analyzes the influence of this discordance on the development of Xinjiang's economy in future. Finally on this basis the author raises the questions attention should be paid to in industrial structure adjustment in the economic development of Xinjiang in future.
